To transfer your Gibtelecom telephone number to u-mee, you will need to submit the request through our website.
Note: do not cancel your current phone line until this whole process has been completed.

What happens next?
You will then receive an email from PortingXS with instructions in order to verify the transfer. You will need to call them from the telephone number that you have requested to transfer and enter a 4 digit pin. The telephone number you need to call and the pin number will be in the email they sent you.
PortingXS has been appointed by the GRA and are a completely independent porting agent. They manage telephone number transfers for all telephone providers in Gibraltar.
Your current provider will now release your telephone number.
Please note: if there are any outstanding payments to be made to your current provider, then this request could be denied.
When can I start using my telephone number through u-mee?
We will send you an email once your telephone number has been successfully transferred.
What happens if the telephone number transfer fails?
We will keep you informed of any problems that arise during the porting process.
How long will it take?
The process can take up to 4 working days.
