You can view or change some of your router settings using a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari) by entering its IP address where you might normally enter a website's URL - you will subsequently be prompted for a username and password (defaults detailed below).

IP: 192.168.1.1

Username: user

Password: umeecpe

Your default settings have been designed to suit most common scenarios - making changes you do not fully understand can have unexpected consequences so we recommend these are only undertaken by users with relevant networking experience. 

Please note that any changes you make will be lost whenever we update your router centrally i.e. whenever our server sends your router a new configuration - this can occur at any time and without prior notice.
